At guests' disposal 1 complete kitchen with large dining room. Outside, a large partially fenced garden, tables and chairs for outdoor dining, built-in barbecue. The property is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wi-fi internet connection , 1 baby bed, 1 high chair and private parking inside the property.
Outdoors and Swimming Pool
The farmhouse is characterized by a garden of approximately 130 sq.mt, enriched with flowers, bushes, trees and partially fenced with natural hedges. The property includes 3 hectares of cultivated land with fruit trees, olive trees, vines and wheat, where it is possible to take long walks. At the back, in a section of the lawn garden in a quiet and slightly elevated position, is the rectangular swimming pool measuring 11x4.50 with a depth of 1.20 metres. The surrounding paved solarium area is equipped with 11 sun loungers, 4 deck chairs, 5 umbrellas, outdoor hot shower, stone-built barbecue, table with chairs for outdoor dining, 2 outdoor lounges. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. An entrance that is always open leads to the inside of the property where guests will find the private parking.
Interior
Casale i Melograni (about 250 sq.mt.), composed of 4 residential units and spread over three floors, was born from the restoration of an ancient farmhouse. The structure is completely earthquake-proof and enhanced with mosquito nets and a heating/cooling pump system present in the common areas and in the individual apartments to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to the guests.
With an independent entrance, on the ground floor, there is a large dining room (about 100 sq.mt.) which can sit the entire group with table and chairs, two sofas, TV, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with outdoor access (electric oven, 4 burner hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, extractor fan, toaster, moka coffee and espresso pod machine, juicer, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board).
Two apartments are on the ground floor.
The "Mandorlo" apartment (accessible to guests with disabilities): consisting of a kitchen corner (sink, 2 burner hob, extractor fan, small fridge, espresso pod machine), table with 2 chairs, 1 bedroom with two beds (which can be joined) and TV, 1 bathroom with shower suitable for disabled guests. From here, via a communicating internal door, it is possible to access the "Pesco" apartment which also has an independent entrance from the outside (1 step). This apartment is composed of a small living room with TV, table, two chairs and a comfortable queen size sofa bed, kitchen corner (sink, 4 burner hob, oven, small fridge, espresso pod machine, kettle), 1 double bedroom which is accessible via two steps, 1 bathroom with shower.
An outdoor staircase (9 steps) leads to the first floor consisting of a small terrace with a table and 4 chairs, ideal for a drink at sunset. Here we find the largest apartment, "il Melograno", which opens onto a small living room with TV, sofa for 2 and table, itself opening onto a larger living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a kitchen (electric oven, 5 burner hob, fridge with freezer, extractor fan, toaster, moka coffee machine and espresso pods, juicer, kettle) with a pool view and a table which can comfortably sit 8 people, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower which can be accessed by going down two steps.
Again via an external stone staircase (17 steps) you access the second floor where the "Il Ciliegio" apartment is located, equipped with a kitchen corner (2 burner hob, small fridge, toaster, kettle, moka coffee machine) with small table, 2 chairs, 1 double bedroom (can be prepared as a 2 beds bedroom) with pool side view, TV, a bathroom with shower.
Location
The farmhouse is immersed in the greenery of the Umbrian countryside, near Ferentillo, a municipality in the province of Terni, boasting a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Excellent tranquility and privacy. The cottage is presented as a unique solution, ideal for a group of friends who want to spend their holidays enjoying each other's company, but without giving up their privacy.

The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.

It is worth a visit to the Marmore Falls, created by the Romans in the 3rd century BC, an ideal place for rafting in the fantastic descent of the rapids.
