The house is 140m2 and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/breakfast/living area with all modern facilities. The house will accommodate up to 6 people. In addition there is a separate Annex that will accommodate 3 people with a double bed, single bed and a bathroom (if interested in the Annex please indicate on application). Outside there is a large terrace with a modern covered Pergola and includes Bar, Dinner Table, Lounge Area and Barbecue. The garden has multiple terraces, all with a sea view, and there is a 9m long swimming pool. The garden is typical Provence style and includes olive, lemon, fig and palm trees. The property is easily accessible from Nice airport, which is only a 20-30 minute drive away
