Welcome to the Redfern Beach Cottage, named for its convenient location near Redfern Village and the beach! You will find many of St. Simons' best restaurants and shops in Redfern Village, including Gnat's Landing, Bubba Garcia's, Catch 228, and Fancy Q Sushi Bar and Grill. Redfern Beach Cottage is in a residential neighborhood in an area that is great for bike riding and walking. You'll only be about 2.2 miles from the popular East Beach and Coast Guard Station, but you're never far from a beach access no matter where you go. St. Simons has approximately 41 public beach access points across the south end of the island!
This lovely home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The master bathroom, located in the master bedroom, has a walk-in shower AND a tub! The second bedroom has a bunk bed, with a queen mattress on bottom and twin on top. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The second bathroom boasts a tiled shower/tub combo and a convenient vanity area to get ready in the mornings. There is only one TV in the house located in the living room.
If you get tired of going to the beach or shopping everyday, you can enjoy a day in by hanging out in the game room (equipped with a foosball table), taking in the breeze on the screened back porch, or relaxing in the yard around the fire pit! This house has a roomy fenced back yard, perfect for children or your furry friend! If you bring a pet (dogs only), there will be a non-refundable $200 pet fee added to your reservation.
