It is ideally located just 20 minutes from the major sites of the Périgord Noir: the Bastide of Domme, Sarlat, Beynac, Marqueyssac, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, Les Milandes… It is also close to Gourdon and the famous sites of the Lot region, such as Rocamadour and the Gouffre de Padirac.
This spacious house is situated in the very quiet hamlet of La Molière, within the commune of Saint-Martial-de-Nabirat, where you will find a bakery and a grocery store.
