Beautiful views of the mountains, gas grills, large decks, laundry and kitchens in both units. Game room and fireplace in Retreat unit. Both units remodeled, and redecorated with new furnishings. Adjacent to Winchester Creek Farm and Granny’s House Gift Shop. Views from the decks of the mountains, Alpacas, mini farm animals, and the beautiful valley. Location is conveniently located one mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway entrance, 5 miles from beautiful downtown Waynesville, and within 15 miles of Lake Junalaska, Maggie Valley, and Sylva. We’re 3,900 feet up but without the winding mountain roads.
Alpaca Mountain Retreat is at 2500 sq ft and is two levels with over 2500 sq feet of open and newly renovated charm which includes 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, gourmet kitchen, laundry area, large walk-in pantry, spacious main floor dining and living room with stone gas fireplace perfect for gathering, a lower level game room with ping pong table and electronic dartboard. . 2 car garage and private driveway. Front porch and back deck for relaxing and taking in the beautiful views. Mountain and Alpaca Farm views of our adjoining Winchester Creek Farm. Alpaca Mountain Retreat sleeps up to 11 people.
Alpaca Mountain Loft is right next door with 850 square foot apartment that sleeps 6 with a full kitchen, washer & dryer, a large elevated deck with unbelievable views of the Smoky Mountains and Winchester Creek Farm.

Winchester Creek Farm is a 20 acre family owned farm where we raise Alpacas and mini farm animals.
