The newly built in 2012 holiday house with 2 spacious semi-detached houses is located in an idyllic location, away from the hustle and bustle in Old Reddevitz on the peninsula Mönchgut. The modern semi-detached house offers a fantastic view of the Hagensche Wiek. Both semi-detached houses are designed for a comfortable holiday for young and old under one roof. Each house has 4 bedrooms. On the property there are two car parking spaces available for each semi-detached house. You can set your bikes in a lockable bike shed!

Feuerstein The half-timbered house on 2 levels offers a living space of 128 m², a furnished terrace and a garden with south-west orientation enough space for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor is the very spacious, high-quality tiled living and dining room with a large oak table for 8 people. The living area has a modern seating area and an armchair, as well as a fireplace. The firewood is please bring your own!Good entertainment after an eventful day's work is provided by an LCD TV, a Blu-Ray / DVD player with a comprehensive DVD collection and a SONOS home cinema system. The SONOS system consists of a SONOS Beam, two SONOS ONE as a surround set and a subwoofer for more intense bass. With a fiber optic connection and 50 MBit / s, they are on the top of the list! If your children come with us, we can also slow down the speed :-) A well-stocked collection of books and games will not leave you bored even in bad weather. The harmoniously integrated in the living area high quality equipped kitchenette has a dishwasher, oven, a 4-zone induction hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, waffle iron and various small inventory that completes the kitchen equipment. One of the four bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a double bed (160cm x 200cm). The modern shower room with flat shower tray and toilet is also located on the ground floor. The entire ground floor has a door passage width of about 95cm, so that wheelchair users can move without barriers. In the upstairs equipped with design flooring there are three more bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with a 180cm wide double bed (one with 220 cm extra length) and a flat screen TV. And if there are urgently needed office work on holiday, they can be done in one of these bedrooms at the desk with seating. The third bedroom has a corner bunk bed with two 90x200cm single beds and a smaller desk with seating. Ample space for your wardrobe is available in all bedrooms. The spacious bathroom has a shower with a flat shower tray, a bathtub and the in-house sauna. A spacious washing area with toilet and bidet and hairdryer are also included. The entire Non smoking house is equipped with underfloor heating. For guests there is a free W-LAN connection available. There are no additional costs for telephone connections to the German fixed network. The utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board for free use.[nbsp] Also a high chair for toddlers and a travel cot with additional thick mattress (60 x 120 x 6 cm). On the property are available for each detached house per 2 parking spaces available. Bicycles can be adjusted in a lockable bike shed! A barbecue grill is also available in this holiday home.
