A 60 m2 living room with beautiful old exposed beams and an open gallery form the heart of this former farmhouse from 1870.
A rustic fireplace that is reminiscent of a campfire can be enjoyed from any place in the living area and the integrated kitchen due to its rotatability.
The kitchen is of high quality, among other things, equipped with a Siemens induction cooker with an integrated extractor. A directly adjacent dining area with bar stools is the link to the living area and will give you and your family wonderful, communicative cooking experiences.
In addition, a large dining table with a cozy leather bench and very comfortable chairs offers space for 6 -8 people. From here you can have a wonderful view of the front garden and watch the beautiful morning sun rise over the fields.
Two large cozy sofa corners allow all guests to linger comfortably in front of the fireplace or experience a wonderful movie night with the large LED TV.
