Have a quiet country Lane you will find this beautiful house where is breathtaking views across the valley. Offstreet parking on the drive leads you to the front door which opens onto a small hall. This leads through to the large L-shaped sitting room with doors to the garden in the summer and an open fire in the winter. Ample seating for everybody. Off the sitting room, there is a twin bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed. Upstairs (or by the outdoor ramp) you will find the industrial style open plan kitchen dining room with bespoke kitchen units and a concrete island unit, with a gas hob.
The large dining table extends so all 16 people can sit together.
Behind the kitchen, there is a useful utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and behind that, the master en suite with a bath in the bedroom, overlooking the garden, and en suite wet room shower room with washbasin and Wc.
Upstairs there are 4 further bedrooms, all with thick fluffy duvets and cotton bedlinen. One bedroom has two bunk beds sleeping 4, two bedrooms each have two single beds and there is a king-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
Outside there is a table tennis table and a hot tub ( extra charge £75 ) and a stunning ceramic garden table with is plenty of seating.
The garden has a managed area near the house which is mostly boxes and roses and fruit trees, A lawn area, and a wild area.
There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the countryside and the beautiful views however you are still only 10 minutes into central Bath, with all the facilities of a wild heritage city. If either afield there is the whole of the Cotswolds to explore.
