Summary: Check in process ok then you receive do/dont list that's not presented when you initially book. I will try to attach it. First day upon arrival we had to clean the beautiful kitchen to our liking because it was dirty. Outdoor patio filty. Robert immediately sent cleaning lady over. Looked for remotes to the fan while cleaning lady was there. She couldn't speak English so she called her boss. Her boss said she cleaned that house maybe once, just weird. Entire stay no remotes for the ceiling fans. 7days later he ask did we hit a neighbors car in our Sprinter. I have all of this documented via text because now I'm involving my cousin that's a police officer there. None of this was true about his neighbors car. He stated please disregard the invoice for 530.00. So, my husband was calling his phone no answer. We get another notification saying that the hot tub was left on and it cracked the pipes and sent another invoice for 300.00. We are hot tub owners and we knew that this man is scamming and reaching out for additional funds. I immediately contacted VRBO customer support and she handled the situation with grace. Leaving this review because you can't trust Him and his communication. His house/neighborhood simply beautiful. We even cleaned to our liking, went with out remotes and went out to purchase wash clothes/towels to ensure we didn't damage them with makeup etc. Left the house clean and left unused items for the cleaners or next family. 7 days later we expr lies
