The bright, open plan kitchen is fully equipped, inclusive of a designated workspace and with access to the patio garden where you can relax in the hanging chair or get competitive at table tennis! The living room has two sofas plus a TV and with many transport links, this is the perfect residential retreat in Brighton and Hove!

KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The kitchen has tonnes of natural daylight pouring in, opening out onto a lovely, large sunny garden with feature ping pong table and patio area. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The utility room includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.
GARDEN
The garden is accessible from the kitchen and features a ping pong table, patio area with outdoor furniture which guests are welcome to use.
LIVING ROOM
On the ground floor you’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with two sofas, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.
BATH / SHOWER ROOM
- The bathroom on the first floor has a shower over the bath, sink and toilet.
- On the ground floor is a separate room with sink and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.
BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.
