Positive: It was a beautiful spot with easy access to a very nice semi-private beach, and a few minutes walk to a larger more lively beach scene at Deep Harbor. The villa was perfect for our family of four with lots of room in the 3 level modern layout. Decent snorkeling near the rocks on the north end of Deep Bay beach. Not very far to outskirts of St. Johns for groceries if you want to prepare meals as we did in the spacious and well set-up kitchen. We were very happy with everything about our stay.
Summary: Beautiful spot, nice beaches nearby, lovely villa.
