Summary: Exceptional stay at the Hyatt in Addis Ababa! The concierge staff were truly outstanding—assisting seamlessly with all of our transportation arrangements and offering excellent recommendations that made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. The front desk team was equally impressive, accommodating an early check-in after a long journey and providing helpful suggestions for things to do and see in the city. The level of service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Addis!
