Summary: I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights (rooms 215,219). From the evening we arrived until we left they didn’t clean the room and didn’t change towels. They said that we had to ask in the morning to clean the room. But No one told us. We came in the evening to a disordered room and dirty room, and they said that in the evening they had no stuff to fix it. We payed for a room which the service is included, and we disappointed. I stay all over the world with Ibis and it’s the first time happened such a thing. I think you should compensate us for this inconvenience.
