This 140m2 apartment has been completely renovated in July 2022. It is located on the first floor of a secure building with elevator.
There is centralised air conditioning & heating with filtered air and soundproof windows for you to feel comfortable at any season and any time of the day.
The entrance opens to a hallway, which leads to the 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, then to the kitchen, dining room and living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, pots, and pans.
The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected, are very spacious, and have multiple exterior windows, receiving a lot of daylight. The living room has a sofa, a TV and a small balcony to catch the evening/morning sun.
In the master bedroom, you will find a double bed, two bedside tables, a private bathroom, two windows facing the street, and a door leading to the larger balcony.
The second bedroom also has a glass wall facing the same balcony, so it is very luminous. It also has a single bed that can be easily transformed in a double bed and an open closet.
The third bedroom also has a double bed, two bedside tables, a closet, and a window overlooking the street.
You will have the entire apartment and a parking spot in a garage nearby at your disposal so you can make yourself at home.
The apartment is located in a trendy neighbourhood in the city center just 15-20 minutes away from the beach. A wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is available in the apartment’s surroundings.
