The accommodation is absolutely quiet near the forest and is ideally integrated into the Ahrntal mountains.
The house is very suitable for families and groups (up to 7 people).
On the ground floor there is a cozy old Tyrolean parlor and a living room with satellite TV. The kitchen is newly furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, stove with oven, filter coffee machine and washing machine. From the living room you have direct access to a wonderful veranda, which turns into a wonderful dining area in the green in the warm season. You can use the in-house grill at your own risk.
The first floor can be reached via an internal wooden staircase. The 3 bedrooms located there all have direct access to the balcony and another veranda, which invites you to relax and regenerate in summer with its cozy seating area. Bed linen is provided.
The bathrooms were completely renovated in autumn 2016! Towels, soap and a hairdryer are at your disposal.
There are 2-3 parking spaces in front of the house.
A small supermarket (80 meters) and various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

It is an impressive experience to conquer one of the 80 three-thousand meter peaks that surround the Ahrntal. Such a summit experience with a 360 ° panoramic view is unforgettable!
Cyclists also get their money's worth: beautifully laid out bike paths wind their way through the valley and demanding MTB routes lead through fragrant forests and across lush green alpine meadows. Over 60 managed alpine huts invite you to take a break.
A special attraction is definitely the "Alpin Coaster" on Klausberg, South Tyrol's longest summer toboggan run !!

The closest ski areas of SKIWORLD AHRNTAL (Klausberg and Speikboden) can be reached by car in 2 or 8 minutes. The Kronplatz ski resort is about a 30-minute drive away.
