Positive: Lovely location. Quiet and rural, but close to great beaches and archeological sites (Cosa). Nice for several sets of friends or 2 couples with child(ren). Very friendly and helpful hosts. Not sure they speak anything but Italian and Spanish as we never tried anything else. Great Pizzeria Da Gippy only a short drive away at KM 128 of SS1 Aurelia at the IP petrol station direction Grosseto.
