ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is located on the first floor of a building of the early '900, recently renovated consisting of 2 apartments (the 2nd is inhabited by the host), has direct access from the inner courtyard, with reserved parking space.
It is equipped with all essential services and is easily accessible by comfortable stone stairs or mini-lift (max width 60cm), suitable for people with mobility difficulties, babies, children and the transport of luggage and equipment (prams, strollers, etc. ).
The apartment, of about 90 square meters, consists of 2 very large rooms, a living room with sofa bed, and a properly furnished kitchen-dining area with fridge-freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, plus table, chairs, three-seater sofa. All rooms have windows with athermic and sound-absorbing windows, some (dining and rooms have mosquito nets.
The space available to guests completes:
- two bathrooms, one with shower and bidet and the other with toilet, sink, wall-mounted linen and a shoe rack;
- a laundry room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board.

HOW TO GET
By car: exit at Chiesina Uzzanese exit of the A11 Firenze-Mare motorway. Turn right towards Pescia and continue straight ahead for about 7km where the house is located on the right side of the road.
By plane: G. Airport Galilei Pisa
