Stunning modern beach retreat 90 steps from the beach with a great view & so many amenities including an indoor pool! We (Steve and Leslie) have lovingly put together the perfect home away from home --a place that we use ourselves as well as rent out - -
It has every personal touch: Professional Gallery Photography, Alexa Echo at your bidding, massive 65 inch SmartTV in the living room and bedroom SmartTV. New, upscale dishes/silverware/glasses and Keurig coffee maker. Inquire about discounts! Our space accommodates up to 5 guests total, with a maximum of 4 adults.Families with children are welcome.
Our retreat is located in an innovative condo/hotel with amenities of a hotel (including on-site manger, indoor pool, game room, sun deck, towels, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent) and the loving care of private owners. Enjoy a great view of the beach and ocean from your balcony. We have an in-unit washer/dryer and the condo sleeps 6 people. Did we mention the large indoor pool! For us, the smallest detail is our obsession - like USB chargers at your bedside! We also provide two Tommy Bahamas premium beach chairs and beach umbrella.
Please make sure our sleeping arrangements match your family's needs. There are 2 queen beds and a queen sleeper couch that really is more of a "full." We all also provide a premium Queen blow up mattress with built-in inflator.
We provide 2-3 beach chairs and umbrella as extra amenities. Please note that these get significant use by guests and occasionally they are unavailable because of breakage out of our control. We try to replenish as often as we can. Also, please note that occasionally the pool is shut down for mechanical or safety reasons. While this is rare, it is not in our control and we cannot be responsible.
Parking for one car is free under the building and there is always free parking on the surrounding streets. We have an onsite manager and we personally are available.This is a condo we treat as our home away from home, often staying there ourselves.

While our location is on a quiet and quaint street right off the ocean, the best of Ocean City is within a 4-block radius of 125th Street: Dumser’s Dairyland, Fractured Prune, Uber Bagels, Tailchasers Restaurant & Dock Bar (Off the Hook Restaurant Group), Grottos Pizza, the Crab Factory, Abbey’s Burger Bistro, Starbucks, Montego Bay Shopping Center (with a full size grocery store and multiple restaurants) and so much more!
We are located directly across the main road to bayside where you can enjoy Ocean City's (largest) Northside Park, where you can go biking or jogging or walk out on the long pier and go crabbing or fishing. Take in a local baseball game there, explore one of the festivals, or watch the 4th of July or New Year's fireworks. In the morning, join the large community of locals and vacationers who enjoy the designated bike/walking path on our quaint inside beach street that takes them to Fenwick and back.
