Completely renovated Mid-Century home by Street Designs with a host with all 5 star reviews! Industrial & Eclectic Boho style w/incredible master bath among other things! One of a kind custom details you won't see elsewhere, along w/concrete floors, sandblasted exterior, comfy furnishings & luscious beds . Urban yet cozy. Lush landscaping, fresh grapefruit in back, courtyard & fire pit in front & gas BBQ. Great Central Phoenix hood, 2 mi N to Biltmore, 2 mi E to Arcadia, 4 mi S to downtown!
The space
This is a mid-century home has been completely gutted and added a 2nd bath. It is remodeled in an industrial boho style. It is very eclectic and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. The floors are concrete and the walls are block. I made the chandelier and also the island with butcher block top. Super unique and industrial master bath with a giant vintage French gold chandelier, exposed copper plumbing, open shower, concrete counter and sink, and an amazing stick tank tub great for deep soaking! The furnishings are a mix of vintage and antique and new. I love to create serene, luxurious and comfy spaces no matter the size. This provides all those things and more. I use green "paper" products, natural cleaning products, no chemicals (except bleach cuz sometimes you just have to 😊!) I also provide a variety of beauty products not normally found in rentals, for both men and women such as face masks and shave cream, scented bath salts, bombs and candles for a romantic relaxing bath, also standards-soaps, lotions and shampoo/conditioner. There is a private laundry and covered parking.
Located in the Loma Linda Neighborhood close to the airport, freeways, downtown/midtown Phoenix, Arcadia and the Biltmore Fashion Square! Lots of bike and walking paths available just blocks away from the Grand Canal in a restaurant mecca with ample shopping like Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Walking distance to great restaurants, Phoenix Children’s Hospital and six other hospitals within a three mile radius. A wonderful urban neighborhood with great neighbors.
Guest access
This is a duplex that is completely private and separate, front and back. You will not share any areas. There is a private carport that is very long and can fit 2 small cars. Driveway is also quite lengthy. Super convenient to the I-10, the 202, the 51, the airport and ASU campuses. You will have access to all parts of this property which includes a very private backyard with 2 patios, one covered and one under the amazing grapefruit tree. Both have fairy lights. In front there is a courtyard with a fire pit and a front porch.
I do have high chair and pack and play crib, let me know before check in if you need it as it isn't always at the property.
Pets are welcome and there is a one-time fee of $100. It will be charged at booking when you put in number of guests, also put in your pets
