Positive: The location is excellent for exploring the city; the staff are helpful; the room was a good size and a good breakfast was available at a restaurant literally ten yards from the east door of the hotel (on the third floor).
Negative: It is a pity that the hotel does not have a restaurant of its own. However, several good restaurants are located within 300 yards or so of the hotel.
Summary: The Inn was just what we needed in order to explore Seattle.
