Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Check in time is 4:00. Will allow earlier check in provided previous renters have checked out and have had time to clean. Check out time is 11:00 AM (also flexible provided I have time to clean before next guests arrive). Maximum number of guests is 4 - infants and children are considered guests and included in this number. Only registered guests permitted to stay overnight. Damage to house and contents beyond normal wear and tear , or need for excessive cleaning will be deducted from security deposit in consultation with the guest/s.
