Large living room with direct sea view, south facing terrace of 12 square meters, five bedrooms, decorated according to the styles of various islands visited by the owners (possible reception of 10 people maximum), 4 bathrooms, one of which with bathtub ; 2 separate toilets and 1 toilet in a shower room on the ground floor.
Large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge and mini-freezer) on the 1st floor. Summer kitchen on the ground floor with a hob, a fridge with direct access to the outdoor terrace.
