Positive: comfortable, fresh apartment, nice view of nature, proximity to shops and restaurants, air conditioning, kitchen and refrigerator, balcony, contact with the owner
Negative: 2 cockroaches, wardrobe - makes good design but smells not nice, we didn’t want to put any cloths there
