A large central room (living room) of 64 m2, a very well equipped kitchen closed by a large bar.
On either side of this central axis, 4 bedrooms with 160 bed and each, a bathroom or shower room (1 with bath, the other 3 with walk-in shower) and toilet, 1 large closet is equipped in each room facing the bathroom. the rooms are separated by a small hall.
In continuation of the living room, overlooking the pool, large covered terrace of 50 m2 also offers a lounge area and a dining room.
The pool is 10 m by 4.5 with some "relax" with shallow water (40 cm) of 2 m long and a swim party or sets of 8 m (depth 1.30m). it is surrounded by a large terrace with sunbeds
A Mediterranean garden and a dream pool: The garden has an automatic watering. The maintenance of the garden and pool are regularly provided for your comfort.
