Enjoy a summer vacation at QVV08 located in the highly coveted gated community at Sherkston Shores, Port Colborne, Ontario.
***🚙 Sherkston Shores is located just under 50 km from Buffalo, New York, and the stunning Niagara Falls. Perfect for when you want to take a quick trip to shop, enjoy the nightlife, or take in the beautiful scenes. 20 minutes to Niagara Falls, 30 minutes to Niagara Outlet, 1.5 hours from Toronto (GTA)
Stays include 🆓 full access to our 2 great beaches on Lake Erie, as well as a third beach on the Quarry lake beach, and playgrounds. Access to the full water park is also available at an additional cost per person (price set and charged by Sherkston), paid at the welcome centre upon use, family and weekly rates are available.
Sherkston Shores is an AMAZING getaway for families with beaches, water slides, pools, hot tubs, volleyball, zip line course, mini putt, skate park, basketball court, arcade, live bands and fun activities for both adults and kids! And after all that fun you don’t even have to cook because there’s a great restaurant right in Sherkston!
You'll be centrally situated near the Funplex, and Quarry beach 🏖 😀
As well as, many other amenities and beaches within just a few minutes.
Nicely maintained newer 2-bedroom cottage (the size of a 3 bedroom) clean and fully equipped. Sleeps 8 very comfortably.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed.
The second bedroom is a large bedroom that has two sets of bunk beds. Both bunk beds have double beds on the bottom and single beds up top. The couch in the living room is also a queen size pull out couch. Plenty of room for family and guests!
Our cottage is located at the end of a quiet street with no rear neighbours, fantastic getaway with lots of privacy.
Both spacious and comfortable, inside this cottage features an open concept eat-in kitchen and living room that is lined with bright transom windows!
Relax on the large outdoor deck that has lots of comfortable seating, from a comfy outdoor couch, chair and umbrella set; to a new “egg swing” chair, to a large outdoor dining table and chairs. The perfect space for family barbecue’s, with a bbq for your use.
The deck leads down to the fire-pit where you can spend your evenings under the stars, in Muskoka style chairs.
There is also a small private yard in the rear for outdoor activities. Sherkston hosts Saturday night fireworks over the quarry, every Saturday during peak season. Our cottage is setup perfectly to watch/enjoy the fireworks. Or take a little walk and enjoy great views of the quarry/fireworks just at the end of our street.
There are 2 parking spaces in front of the cottage, and there is lots of additional parking around sherkston.

What you will need to bring:

🛏All bedding, pillows, blankets. Sheets & Pillow cases
🪥Personal toiletries (ie. tooth paste, shampo, toilet paper)
🪵Fire wood (able to purchase from Sherkston Shores)
⛱Beach chairs
🔹️Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve the cottage
🔹️Parents must NOT rent the cottage for their children/teenagers to attend alone
🔹️Maximum occupancy: 8
(no exceptions, this is a rule made and enforced by Sherkston).
🔹️Minimum 3 night stay for all rentals (this is a rule made and enforced by Sherkston)
🔹️ No pets
🔹️❌No Smoking or vaping indoors 🚬
🔹️Must bring own linens, towels, firewood, coffee pods, food and toiletries.
🔹️A refundable 50% deposit of the rental price is required to secure your reservation (any cancellations with less than 1 month notice forfeit deposit)
🔹️ Full payment is due 1 month prior to check-in 💵.
🔹️$600.00 refundable security deposit for renters not using the golf cart, and $1000.00 security deposit for renters who are using golf cart, required when full payment is due. Deposit will be returned within 5 business days after checkout, and inspection of the cottage for any damages. Cottage must be left in same condition it was found.
🔹️It is your responsibility to clean and dispose of your garbage, both inside the cottage, as well as, outside/on the property
🔹️Funplex passes are NOT included in the rental price, can be purchased from Sherkston Shores at the (Welcome Centre)💦
🔹️Golf Cart (Driver must be over the age of 25 as per Sherkston rules). Must provide copy of driver Licence.
🔹️Golf cart must be returned in the same condition as received. Subject to repair cost if damages occur.
🔹️Check in at 2:00 pm
🔹️Check out at 11:00am (sharp as cleaners will be there at exactly 11am to clean for the next guests. Unless there are no other guests checking in same day, and it is discussed prior)
