Travelling with an infant? We have a bed made just for that - you can even attach it with straps to your bed to keep baby nearby.
2 people can sleep comfortably on each queen bed upstairs (* 2 bedrooms 3 beds) and a seventh guest can sleep comfortably on the modular couch.
There are two “work/eating” areas - the island in the kitchen doubles as a work space/meal prep space, a desk that has two seating areas + (podcast equipment if you are inclined) and the black dining table on the other end serves as a dining/work station. Each guest can have sufficient space in their own areas.

There is no washer dryer is available for this unit.
Absolutely NO FISH FRYING or heavy smelling foods! Please be mindful of future guests! $200 additional cleaning fee for professional cleaning service.
If you don’t make the 12pm checkout time (which is later then 99% of listings at a strict 11am) you will be charged an additional $50 dollar fee (these times there are extra measures that need to be taken to properly sanitize for the next guest and we have to be mindful of that).
If you do have a small housetrained pet (who you can keep off the couch) we can potentially make an exception to the no pets rule for an extra fee of $100
