This beautifully appointed pet friendly, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath single family cottage has breathtaking views! The community also boasts it's very own private river beach, fishing dock and seasonal swimming pool for your enjoyment! Kick back, relax and call this lovely retreat "home".
This home is fully furnished with a Queen bed in each bedroom. It has a reverse layout with the bedrooms and baths on the ground level with the full kitchen, open living and dining space located on the second level. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to feel right at home.
There is a small Bunkie/Carriage house that sits on the property. The Bunkie/Carriage house is not included with the rental. The Owner frequently occupies this space. Both the main house of Jasmine Cottage and the Bunkie/Carriage house have separate entrances.
There are two parking spaces at the cottage with a separate space to park your boat and trailer. There are a couple of kayaks and a paddleboard available for your use.
The nearest boat ramp is located only a half mile 0.5 miles on Dawson Creek. There is plenty of room to park your vehicle and boat/trailer.
