The breakfast bar sits two; however, there is ample dining space either at the kitchen table – which seats four or the dining table which seats six. Although you may be tempted to take your meal outside in the large, private backyard.

Jellystone Lodge has been furnished with Joybird furniture and Mitzi lighting fixtures. The colors of the house all meet in the living room with colorful velvet features and a bright yellow piano. The garage is a game room with ping pong, giant Jenga and seating.

OUTDOOR
The outdoor spaces are intentionally integrated into the natural desert landscape. The infinity pool is surrounded by an expansive patio with varied seating and relaxing options that capture the majestic views.
Please note due to high fuel costs in our area and cold winters, we charge an additional fee to heat the pool side in OCT, NOV, MARCH, & APRIL. We are not able to heat the pool in DEC/JAN/FEB. The hot tub is heated at no extra cost.

ESSENTIALS & ECO-FRIENDLY CONSIDERATION
The most current green building code practices were incorporated into the design and construction of the two houses that inhabit this site. A 9.0 kW solar panel system is used to power both of the houses, roof and exterior walls are heavily insulated and passive solar design features were incorporated to minimize heating and cooling demands. Mini-split heat pump air conditioning units provide energy efficient heating and cooling to all interior areas with individual units provided in each bedroom. Re-use and repurposing of building materials at various stages of construction allowed for the minimal generation and export of construction waste.
Parking is available for 4 vehicles; Garage is not for parking and is currently unavailable as it is the game room.

Many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not.
