Positive: Good location. Easy to travel around by train or car. 15 minute walk to city center and the beach. Spacious bedrooms. It was great to have one assigned parking space, as parking along the road was difficult.
Negative: Unpersonal. The key is provided via a locker, which in itself works perfectly fine. However, specific information, which is regularly provided by the host, is lacking. This can easily been solved by adding an information binder with a list of good restaurants, best way to travel around (in our experience, travelling by train works best, as you need to pay a parking fee almost everywhere), important phone numbers, location of waste bins etc. Next to that, there is only one fan. We were there in August, and we definitely could use one in every room.
