Summary: The location area is our go to and would hard to be beat! The bed is comfy but I am a hot sleeper so a full size bed with a tall and wide shouldered spouse made it feel a tad warmer than I like to sleep. No fault of the property owner of course. Thermostat can’t go lower than 70 just made that warm for me. This probably won’t bother anyone else. I think the value and location and the treats left make up for this. The steps were not a bother to us and we are 60 but if you have significant mobility issues it might be an issue. The street is gorgeous during the spring! I think it’s a beautiful space and would book again as long as weather is cool because this location just can’t be beat!
