Summary: This hotel is a ten-minute walk from the center of Juneau. We appreciated the washer/dryer and complimentary detergent. Also, they provided a shuttle from the Juneau airport to the hotel and, just as handy, a shuttle to our cruise offices so we didn’t have to drag our suitcases there or hire another car. Everyone there is friendly and helpful; the beds are comfortable; and the rooms clean. The hotel is a little dated; they don’t have blackout shades; and noise from nearby streets was slightly annoying in that we couldn’t open the windows when we slept. Still, great price & amenities. Recommend you stay here, but bring eye shades & ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper and want the window/s opened.
