Positive: The area is really family friendly. In the walking vicinity, you find super market, butchery, bakery, gyros place. The beach is 50m away, wide and long, sandy, with a lot of space, though not enough in the shade. The apartment is very clean, modern, equipped with just about everything you can think of. The balconies are beautiful. Also, it really close to Thessaloniki, that we went there three afternoons in a row for sightseeing.

Negative: It seems the whole area has problem with sanitation, so you could feel some unpleasant smell from the bathrooms.

Summary: Great for family and families with small kids.
