Positive: Kasbah Illy is a beautiful hotel with an amazing view and excellent value. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful. She arranged my taxi and personally made sure the Arabic-speaking driver understood exactly where I needed to go.
Negative: The restaurant did not match the quality of the hotel. The chicken I ordered was very dry and disappointing.
Summary: A beautiful hotel with amazing views, excellent value and exceptionally helpful staff.
