Positive: Clean.
Negative: The property owner asks to pay advance money. He also went ahead and asked not to visit the property as he doesn't care of the booking.com policies and wants money prior to visit the property on his own terms. The owner also promised to provide ground floor but after visit forced us to stay on top floor.
Summary: Passable property unprofessional owner.
