Henry’s is situated in one of the best streets in Kiama, with stunning, unobstructed views of Kiama beaches, bays & the beautiful Lighthouse Point.
Follow the path from the back gate that leads down to Kendalls Beach or explore the grassy reserve and headland.
The Space :
The house is stylish, casual & comfortable, with plenty of space. Henry's has a large open living area. The kitchen, dining and lounge all lead onto a large deck with outdoor dining. There is a separate TV room just off the living area. The house has a new kitchen & 3 new bathrooms.
Henry's has 3 Levels:
Top Level : 1 x Master bedroom (king bed) bathroom & walk in robe
Entry Level : 2 x Bedrooms (queen beds), bathroom, entry, kitchen, lounge, dining, TV room, laundry & deck.
Lower Level : 1 x Bedroom (queen bed) bathroom, small kitchenette, sitting room/games room with french doors that open onto garden.
*** Please note that this Lower level cannot be accessed internally, can be accessed via deck stairs and garden. Perfect retreat for teenagers, couples or grandparents.
Location:
Henry's is a waterfront property with beautiful Kendalls beach at the doorstep. The beach usually has a gentle surf and lots of interesting rocks to explore. At the back gate there’s a large grassy reserve perfect for family games. There’s also a kids playground right next to the sand at Kendalls Beach. In the summer holidays there is a life guard.
Kiama’s most popular coffee ‘Little Earth Roasters’ is a short walk and so is the fabulous bar/restaurant ‘Bar Padres’. Kiama has a variety of great restaurants, cafes & shops which are in walking distance or a quick drive if you prefer.
If you're feeling energetic Henry’s is on the Coastal walk which links Minnamurra to Gerringong. The "little blowhole", another lesser known and smaller blowhole, is in the next bay -sometimes you can hear it from Henry's.
