There is plenty of space to spread out and play a game or escape to read that book you have wanted to read. There is a children's park one minute walk up the road and the closest beach is 1.9 Km . You will find great cafes in Kiama Township which is also 1.9 km you may like to do some retail shopping we have some great shops in Town. We are a 12 minute drive from Jamberoo action Park. Kiama Guest House is set in a quite area away from noise. We are only 8 minutes from Gerringong and 12 minutes to Berry.

The pool area is shared with the guest’s that stay in the cottage in back yard so from time to time you will see other people using the pool area.

No Parties /If the neighbours report to us on the 24 hour hot line that there is a party you will be asked to leave immediately .
No noise after 10pm in respect to the neighbours .
If the Bbq is not cleaned after use you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.
If the house is not left the way you found it you will be charged a extra cleaning fee.
Pool hours are between 9am and 8pm.
