This is the main floor duplex unit. Please note that the top unit is a cozy 640 sq ft and can comfortably sleep 7 w/ the option for two single roll-a-beds to use in the living room. This is a great option for large families/groups that plan to spend a lot of time at the lake or outdoor activities. Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. The dog fee is $35 per dog for each night (max payout will be no more than $250).
Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove/oven, washer, dryer, Keurig, microwave, toaster, blender, spices & other cooking/grilling/baking basics, children’s dinnerware, sippy cups, magnetic child locks on cabinets can be switched on for guests w/ children

Outdoor space: Outdoor dining table/propane grill/lounge chairs are on the deck available for use for the top unit; the hammocks, firepit, hot tub, and other sitting areas in the yard are available for all guests to enjoy; parking is available behind the home and large enough for two vehicles (3rd vehicle can squeeze in if needed)
