This is a separate unit attached to a main house with own PRIVATE ENTRY and parking in back. Shared back deck and beautiful/huge backyard!! This unit has a bedroom, bathroom, and living room with kitchenette including a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, sink, and fridge.

You’ll have access to the exterior back deck and fenced area on the property - the house in the back w the peach door is the only inaccessible space for you!
Parking is on the gravel parking pad in the back (1 spot is available for this unit) on the spot closest to the fence. (Please do NOT block the driveway or park to the left of the peach door in the back)
The Neighborhood:
This house is in a super safe midtown neighborhood! We’re super close to lots of different midtown attractions including cute restaurants and coffee shops! Grocery stores are less than a mile away as well as other fun things to do! The interstate is just two miles away as well as 4 local hospitals. University of South Alabama is just 3 miles, Mobile Tennis Center just a 10 min drive as well as many other attractions.
And don’t forget the beach- Pensacola, orange beach and gulf shores are about 1-1.5 hrs away and dauphin island is just 45 min!
Getting Around:
Car is great but an Uber ride downtown shouldn’t cost much at all
Mobile also has scooters that would be fun to ride!
Plenty of parking available - but please be respectful and only park in the designated areas or on the street
