Welcome to "King on Sturt", the perfect retreat for your stay in the heart of the city. With its convenient location and modern amenities, this apartment promises a comfortable and enjoyable experience. You will be close to everything here, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can leave your car in the secured free carpark and walk or catch public transport which is free within the CBD. From the rooftop terrace you have an amazing view over the city to the sea.
The Space:
Our apartment is situated on the first floor, making it easily accessible via the elevator for your convenience.
Bedroom 1: King bed with bedside tables and a built-in robe
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and dresser
Kitchen/Dining area: dining table with 4 chairs, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, cutlery/crockery/glassware
Living area: 2 comfortable sofas, 55inch Smart TV (use your own account), 5G WIFI, split-system air-conditioner, "Minut" noise and smoke detector
Bathroom/Laundry: spacious shower, towels, soap and toilet paper provided, washing machine and drying rack, detergent provided
Private Balcony: fully covered with 4 seater lounge set and electric BBQ
Rooftop Terrace: shared space on the 5th floor with dining area
Carpark: allocated stacked parking for medium size car (max. 2,000kg, 1.7m high, 2.3m wide), free by arrangement

"King on Sturt" is situated on the first floor of a residential apartment building. To ensure a harmonious living environment for everyone, we kindly request you to be mindful of your neighbours' peace and privacy. Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
Please do not smoke inside the apartment or the common areas.
Make sure you only park your vehicle in the allocated parking spot, which is big enough for a medium sized car (max. 2000kg, 1.7m high, 2.3m wide). Please let me know if you arrive by car and I will leave the remote for the garage and the key for the car lift in the apartment for you.

"King on Sturt" is located on Sturt Street next to Whitmore Square, with the closest tram stop "City South" 500m away.
If you come from the airport, there is an inexpensive shuttle bus into the CBD. Catching a taxi/Uber is a lot quicker though and costs approximately 25$ for the 15 minute ride.
Neighbourhood:
The City South is Adelaide's hidden gem with lots of vibrant cafes, art galleries, an eco village, the Central Market and old-style yet hip pubs around. It has an alternative feel to it which attracts students, international travellers, young families and business people alike. Given "King on Sturt" is located in the city centre, you will surprised how quiet it is.
Access:
Check-in information including the code for the lock box will generally be send out 24 hours before arrival. The lock box is located on top of the pillar opposite the front door. You will be notified in case an early check-in is available.
