βKings Viewβ is an incredible double-storey family home in San Remo just a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafΓ©s of San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Access to the home is to the First Floor. A hallway leads past Bedroom 1, which has a smart TV, WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet), a separate Toilet and into the huge open plan Rumpus/Living Room featuring water views (with smart TV, a pool table & gas fireplace) flowing through to the entertainers Kitchen. A mud room comes off the Kitchen and leads to the fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer) and into the Garage.
Downstairs is a central Hallway that provides access to Bedroom 2, with a smart TV, WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet), Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 (each with BIR), a Bathroom (with bath & shower), a separate Toilet and a second Living Room (with smart TV).
Outdoor Areas
The first floor fully covered Deck (with seating for 20 people), has delightful water views and overlooks the yard which features an incredible private electric heated swimming pool (4.4m x 9.6m; 1.0m - 1.8m deep), an attached 6-seater spa, a kids play area with a large inground trampoline, an adjacent outdoor firepit area (with seating for approximately 10 people, no wood provided) and an outdoor shower.
The ground floor covered Alfresco is accessed from Bedrooms 3, 4 and the Downstairs Living Room, and features seating for up to 20 people, as well as an outdoor kitchen with plumbed gas BBQ, wood-fired pizza oven, double-door bar fridge and sink. A deck off the Laundry leads to the rear yard, with a half-court basketball court.
The double Garage provides space for 2 cars, with secure parking behind a gate for another 2 cars on the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street.

Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and gas cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
The home has ducted heating and cooling throughout the upstairs level, as well as wall-mounted reverse cycle air conditioners in the downstairs Living room and Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 and 5. There is a gas fireplace in the upstairs Rumpus Room, ceiling mounted electric heaters in the downstairs Alfresco and upstairs deck, as well as a firepit in the front yard (no wood provided).

Linen
