Positive: The flat is located perfectly, short walking distance from the Avenue de Champagne and city centre. The flat is exactly as on the pictures, spotless clean. Comfortable. We have only two minor concerns: 1) The bathroom is connected to one of the bedrooms, hence you need to arrange using it, which for some people (e.g. 2 couples) might be less comfortable, but for us it was fine; and 2) The building itself is quite old and the smell on the staircase was really not nice. But you cannot smell anything in the apartment, so it did not really affect our stay.
