Arranged on the ground floor, it is made up of seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large living room, dining room, kitchen and a small room with a vintage foosball table. The large private swimming pool with breathtaking views of the entire coast and surrounding countryside will be the perfect setting for unforgettable moments of play, relax and conversation. Meals and aperitifs can be shared in the spacious garden surrounding the house, in the shade of two majestic centuries-old oaks. In some periods the reserved and kind housekeeper of the estate is present, and she will take care of satisfying your needs if requested. At the roundabout take the second exit and travel along provincial road 329 for 2.3 km. At the crossroads keep left towards Castagneto Carducci - Sassetta - Monteverdi. Cross the town, staying on the provincial road 329 Passo di Bocca di Valle towards Sassetta. After approximately 5km, turn left following the signs for Monteverdi. After about 1km, turn left onto the dirt road following the “Incrociata” sign. We will be waiting for you (by appointment) at the entrance of the first house.
