Positive: Nice, quiet area, far from the tourist hell of Sperlonga or Geata. Nice hosts who care about the comfort of their guests. The access road is not at all a big challenge for the driver, unless you expects a smooth as a table highway.... :)
Negative: The WiFi was pretty poor and almost inaccessible in the building. This, combined with a poor telecommunications network (at least if you are a foreigner and use data roaming), makes it really difficult to get online :) This is the one thing (wifi) that should be improved.
