Summary: Nice resort and room (suite is large and good views with balcony etc). Staff are friendly and happy to help. Access to resort, there is a lot of stairs therefore not great for everyone (especially older or disabled persons). Disappointments are the breakfast is very basic, not so eco-friendly facilities in room. Basic tea / coffee (only has 3-in-1, no black coffee !!). Tagged as a 4 star but it's more like a 3 star with a very high price point. Spa massage was good and relaxing but the follow thru like hot tea/drinks that you typically receive in hotel spa was not there!! Overall relaxed stay but was expensive for this type of property/facilities!
