Positive: Absolutely stunning villa. 3 double bedrooms each with their own bathroom made a family holiday very stress free! All mod cons, including washing machine and dishwasher. Pool area was great with outdoor kitchen and fridge. Stunning gardens all maintained to a high standard All fittings were high spec and the villa was extremely comfortable. Alvaro kept us informed of pool maintenance and gardening visits via Whatsapp with exact timings, although we didn't need to be in. they always rang the buzzer before hand to respect our privacy. Supermarket within a 5 min car journey. Easy communication via Whatsapp with Alvaro to give ETA to the property. He met us there to hand over the keys and show us around before he left. Any problems or queries were solved and answered VERY quickly. Moraira itself and surrounding areas are beautiful. Plenty of places to eat of all cuisines and not too expensive. Lots of nationalities within the region and felt very safe and comfortable at night. Although the villa was 1km from the town it was VERY hot so we did drive each night, using the busy free car park. Beautiful small beach, clean with lots of lovely places to grab a drink. Tamara met us at check out to had over the keys and check all had been well
Negative: Communication before - was sent a form to complete but couldn't open the attachment and had no response from agent when queried- ended up calling Spain the day before to check our arrival was expected and ok, this was just a minor thing but when spending a lot of money we wanted to make sure all was well.
