Tucked away on a quiet road in sought-after Old Dunsborough, La Vacanza is a contemporary three-level home designed for comfort, space, and style. Step inside to soaring ceilings, natural light streaming through oversized windows, and a palette of soft tones complemented by hand-picked artwork throughout.
On the ground floor, a relaxed lounge and kitchenette provide a perfect retreat, while three beautifully appointed bedrooms offer restful nights: a queen bedroom with walk-in robe and private ensuite; another queen room; and a flexible king room (can convert to twin beds), both serviced by a luxurious family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity.
Upstairs, the main living area opens to an expansive balcony overlooking Geographe Bay—ideal for sunset dinners and morning coffees. The state-of-the-art kitchen is a dream for entertainers, featuring twin ovens, a 900mm gas cooktop, Nespresso machine, and a stunning marble island. A full butler’s pantry with second sink and dishwasher completes the setup. Enjoy mealtimes around the oversized dining suite, then settle into the lounge for a film on the large-screen TV.
