* No smoking
* Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 for 1 pet and $75 for a maximum of 2 pets.
* No events, parties, or large gatherings
* Please report any damages that occur during stay
* Please stay out of the well house on the property
* Do not use the fire place.
* Adult supervision is required for anyone using the tree house or zipline.
