Property is nestled in the woods and situated near the sixth hole of the Ye Nyne Olde Holles Golf Club. Home also includes 50 feet of sandy shared beach access to beautiful Lake Charlevoix. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding and scenic sunsets. Downtown Boyne City is only an 8 minute drive! Where during the summer months you can experience 'Stroll the Streets' every Friday night. For your dining pleasure...there are great restaurants like Cafe Sante', Red Mesa or the Boyne River Inn among others. Plenty of quaint shops for those who may want to take home a few treasures. Only a 15 minute drive to Boyne Mountain for golfing, skiing and snowboarding. Boyne Mountain also features Avalanche Bay Water Park.
