The main level of Lake Effect features a bright, open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining areas, and kitchen—perfect for gathering and entertaining. Just ask about boat rentals, and we'll arrange for one to be delivered directly to you!

✨ Heated Pool Option ✨
Enjoy a warm swim! 💦 Pool heat is available April 1 – November 1 for $200 per day (2-day minimum). For weekend stays, the pool will be heated upon your arrival and remain heated until Saturday evening. 🌴☀️
🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.

We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
