This brand new listing might not have an abundance of guest reviews, but rest assured you will have and exceptional stay as we have been in the vacation rental business in the Texas Hill Country for over 8 years and pride ourselves in providing our guests with the best of the best! This lake front resort style home is close to restaurants, stores, state parks, and boat launches.
BED AND BATH:
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is a private suite upstairs with a king size bed, 5 star hotel type pillow top mattress, and superior linens plus a 50" smart tv. Off the master bedroom is your own private deck to enjoy an early cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. The master bath boasts a tub/shower combination and has a coffee maker. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with lots of closet space and a tv for the kids. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed with twin bunk bed over the top.
LIVING AREAS:
The kitchen is fully equipped and looks over the dining and living areas making it easy for everyone to be involved. An outdoor gas grill is just steps away on the large expansive outdoor deck. The dining table seats 4, with additional bar seating for 4. There is also 2 outdoor dining tables that seat 8. The living room has floor to ceiling windows that look out to the amazing views of Medina Lake and surrounding hill country. The living area offers a wonderful place to relax and entertain. Unwind on ample comfortable seating and watch a movie on the 65" smart tv. Also includes, queen size sleeper sofa in living room.
OUTDOOR AREAS:
A covered deck is just outside of the living room with a comfortable seating area and a gas fire pit table. Closer to the water is a covered pavilion with a large sectional sofa, chairs, and an additional gas fire pit table. Nearby, are 4 cozy lounge chairs for taking in the sun or a short afternoon nap! A propane gas bbq pit is on the upper deck, allow easy access to Kitchen.
Take a day trip to downtown San Antonio (40 mins away) to discover The Riverwalk, missions, the zoo, and many delicious dining options. Six Flags Fiesta Texas, La Cantera Mall, and Sea World are all conveniently located 30 minutes away. The area also offers many year-round activities including wine tasting/tours, antique shopping, breweries, cave tours, golf courses, walking/hiking, and biking trails.
